AWO Gaming Studio is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Data We Collect and Legal Basis

  • Account and contact information (name, email): collected for beta registration. Legal basis: Contract performance.
  • Device identifiers and IP address: used to identify accounts and protect against malicious activity. Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
  • Gameplay and analytics data: progress, actions, session duration, crash reports. Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
  • Marketing communications: beta updates and news, only if opted in. Legal basis: Consent.
  • Push notification token: if you enable notifications. Legal basis: Consent.

3. iOS Permissions and App Data Collection

  • Network access: required to sync game data and enable online features.
  • IP address: collected to identify user accounts and protect against malicious users.
  • Push notifications: sent for game alerts and beta updates (opt-in only).
  • Crash reporting: anonymous crash data may be collected to fix technical issues.
  • Advertising identifier (IDFA): may be used for advertising and analytics, subject to your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

Lost Tower may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you grant permission, we may use your IDFA for advertising purposes. If you decline, we will not use your IDFA for cross-app tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings, then Privacy, then Tracking.

5. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and improve Lost Tower and awogaming.com.
  • To send beta access notifications and game updates (with consent).
  • To analyze gameplay and fix bugs or performance issues.
  • To identify accounts and protect against malicious activity.
  • To serve relevant advertising (with ATT consent on iOS).
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We may share it with: analytics providers (Firebase, GameAnalytics), cloud infrastructure providers, Apple App Store, Google Play, Discord, and advertising partners (with ATT consent). All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. Beta registration data is kept for the duration of the beta plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting us at admin@awogaming.com or via in-app settings where available. We will process your request within 30 days.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside the EEA. We use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where applicable.

10. Your Rights

You may have rights to: access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at admin@awogaming.com. We will respond as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest. EEA residents may also contact the CNIL in France.

11. Children's Privacy

Lost Tower is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us at admin@awogaming.com and we will delete it immediately.

12. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses only essential cookies. The Lost Tower app does not use browser cookies but may use mobile analytics SDKs as described above.

13. Data Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your data.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
